**Refund Policy**
We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item(s).To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
*Items returned outside the 30-day return window will not be accepted.*
**Initiating a Return:**
To initiate a return, please contact us at shop@trendspired.com. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note, returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) to our warehouse or designated returns facility. These shipping costs are non-refundable if a refund is approved; the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

**Non-Returnable Items:**
Please note that we cannot accept returns for the following items:
- Sale items
- Initial Pillows
- Wall Prints
- Select Tapestries
- Select Canvas Art
**Damaged or Defective Items:**
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving it. We will promptly ship you a replacement at no additional cost to you. You will not incur any restocking fees or additional shipping charges in such cases.
**Exchanges:**
For the quickest exchange process, we recommend returning the original item and placing a separate order for the new item once your return is approved.
**Refunds:**
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.*Note: Depending on your bank, it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after issuance.*
**Shipping Address Responsibility:**
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.
